All prices on cozyonesies.com are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Q: Can I cancel or change my order? You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. After 24 hours, your order will likely have entered processing and cannot be changed — but you can still return it after delivery under our 30-day return policy.
Q: Do I need an account to order? No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you track orders and check out faster next time.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States, Canada, Australia, European Union: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–30 business days
Q: Will I have to pay customs or import duties? Possibly — it depends on your country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their local customs authority. These vary by country and we have no control over them.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Q: Why is my order shipping in multiple packages? We ship from both the UK and our warehouse in China, so some orders are dispatched in separate shipments depending on stock availability. You’ll receive a tracking email for each one.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. See our full Refund and Returns Policy for details.
Q: Who pays for return shipping? For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. For damaged, defective or wrong items, we pay the return shipping.
Q: How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 2–7 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Q: Can I exchange my onesie for a different size or colour? Yes — exchanges are available within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability. You pay shipping to send the item back; we cover shipping the replacement to you.
Products
Q: How do I choose the right size? Please check the size chart on each product page. Onesies are designed to fit loosely for comfort. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Q: Are the colours in the photos accurate? We do our best to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Q: Are the onesies machine washable? Yes — please follow the care label inside each product. Most can be machine washed on a gentle cycle in cold water.
