1. Our position on intellectual property
Cozy Onesies respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Site to do the same. This notice explains the ownership of content displayed on cozyonesies.com (the “Site”).
2. Third-party content disclaimer
Cozy Onesies does not claim ownership of any artwork, fan-art, character designs, logos, brand names, illustrations, or product images displayed on the Site that originate from third parties.
All artworks, fan-arts, character designs, illustrations, products, brand names, logos, trademarks, and any related content displayed on the Site are the copyright © and/or trademark of their respective owners, including but not limited to the original creators, artists, designers, rights holders, studios, publishers, and brand owners.
The display of any such content on the Site is for the purpose of identifying and describing the products we offer for sale.
3. No affiliation or endorsement
Unless explicitly stated, the appearance of any character, design, brand name, logo, or artwork on the Site does not imply any of the following:
- Affiliation with the rights holder
- Endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by the rights holder
- A licensing relationship with the rights holder
- Any partnership or commercial agreement with the rights holder
References to third-party brands, characters or designs are made for descriptive purposes only.
4. Our original content
The following are owned by Cozy Onesies and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws:
- The “Cozy Onesies” name and branding (as used by us)
- The original design, layout and structure of the Site
- Original written content (product descriptions written by us, blog posts, marketing copy)
- Original photography taken by us
- Our customer service materials
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or republish our original content without our prior written permission.
5. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos appearing on the Site that do not belong to Cozy Onesies are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not constitute or imply endorsement.
6. Copyright infringement notice (Takedown procedure)
If you are a rights holder or authorised representative and you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to us by email at [email protected] with the subject line “IP Infringement Notice”.
To allow us to act promptly, please include the following information in your notice:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed (title, registration number if applicable, link or image of the original work).
- Identification of the material on the Site that you claim is infringing — please provide the specific URL(s) where the content appears, and a description of the infringing material.
- Your contact details: full name, postal address, email address, and telephone number.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will review the complaint and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content in question within a reasonable time, typically within 5–10 business days.
We may also, at our discretion, notify the supplier or party that provided the content to us.
Incomplete notices may not be processed. We reserve the right to forward any notice (with personal contact details where appropriate) to the supplier or third party concerned.
7. Counter-notice
If content you submitted to the Site has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing similar information as above plus a statement that you believe the content was removed in error.
8. Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove products, suspend suppliers, or take other action in cases of repeated infringement complaints.
