2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Products and pricing
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in your country of delivery.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in colour, size or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
4. Orders
- An order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products listed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
- A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- There is a pricing or description error
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- We are unable to deliver to your address
In such cases, we will refund any amount paid in full.
5. Order cancellation by you
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected]. After 24 hours, the order will likely have entered processing and cannot be cancelled, but you may still return it under our Refund and Returns Policy once received.

- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Link by Stripe
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our returns, refunds and exchanges policy is set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. As a UK-based seller, we comply with consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
9. Customs, duties and taxes
We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or similar charges applied by the destination country. The customer (recipient) is responsible for paying any such charges. If you refuse a package due to customs charges, any return shipping costs and lost shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

The “Cozy Onesies” name, our website design, layout, original text, and original written content on the Site are the property of Cozy Onesies. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or republish our original content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
Third-party content (product images, artworks, fan art, characters)
Cozy Onesies does not claim ownership of any third-party artwork, fan art, character designs, logos, or product images displayed on the Site. All such artworks, fan-arts, character designs, products and related content are the copyright © of their respective owners, including but not limited to the original creators, artists, rights holders, studios and brand owners.
Such content is displayed on the Site for the purpose of identifying and describing the products we sell. The display of any character, design, brand name or fan-art does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship from, or licensing relationship with the respective rights holders, unless explicitly stated.
